Our Home

Aloha and welcome to Kona Town Vacation Rentals. We are located at 76-6197 Pakalana, Kailua Kona, HI. We are three blocks from the ocean, directly above Turtle Beach. We are a short 5 min drive to Old Town Kona - going north and we are 5 min from the popular Magic Sands and Kahalu’u beaches going south. We have 3 individual rental spaces within our home, all with separate entrances and private outdoor lanais to enjoy the Hawaiian breezes, as well as a condo only 5 minutes away. We also offer a covered common area to converse with us, your hosts or other guests if you would like. Also a nice place to wait for your Uber ride. We have Kayaks, SUP’s, boogie boards, tons of snorkel gear, beach chairs and ice machine. Basically everything you need to enjoy your stay with us and on the Island.
