Volcano National Park is 90 miles away! If you would like to use the SUPs and Kayaks that we offer to guests, or plan to visit some of the more remote beaches, an SUV or Jeep is a good choice. The condo is very near a bike kiosk and with a bike you can easily explore downtown and many of the beaches nearby. At our Pakalana home, we have 2 manual bikes for our guests to use, to also explore.
